Through the contact forms on this website we collect: first name and surname, telephone number, email address, and information relating to your enquiry (type of room of interest, approximate dates of stay). We do not collect specially protected data or data of minors without the consent of their legal guardians.
3. Purpose of the processing
The data is processed for the purposes of: (a) assisting with your enquiry and providing you with information on availability, prices, and accommodation conditions; (b) guiding you through the booking process; (c) improving the quality of our customer service. We do not use your data for commercial purposes unrelated to this request without your express consent.
4. Lawful basis
The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject, granted at the time of completing and submitting the contact form on this website.
5. Recipients and disclosures
Your data is not disclosed to third parties, except when necessary to manage your accommodation booking. In this case, the essential data to formalise the booking is shared with the residence operator, who is responsible for the direct management of the accommodation and the stay agreement. No international data transfers are made outside the European Economic Area.
6. Retention period
The data will be kept as long as the enquiry or booking relationship is maintained and, subsequently, for the periods legally required for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability by sending a request to admin@estudiantsabellvitge.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of an identification document. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

We apply the appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights.
