Can a room be booked without visiting the residence?
Yes. You can book online and, if you wish, request an in-person or virtual visit before confirming it.
What does the monthly price include?
The price includes utilities (water, electricity and climate control), Wi-Fi, access to common facilities and the cleaning of common areas.
Is there Wi-Fi throughout the residence?
Yes. The residence has high-speed Wi-Fi in all rooms and common areas.
Is there parking?
Yes. We have parking spaces available for residents, subject to availability and at an additional cost.
Are there storage rooms available?
Yes. We offer rental storage rooms so you can keep suitcases or other objects during the academic year.
Can short stays be booked?
Yes. We offer both full-term stays and short-term stays, depending on availability.
Is the residence well connected to Barcelona?
Yes. The residence is located on the Bellvitge Campus, just a 5-minute walk from the Bellvitge metro station (L1), which quickly connects to the centre of Barcelona.
Am I well located if I study at the UPC on the Baix Llobregat Campus (Castelldefels)?
Yes. Although the residence is not in Castelldefels, the X95 bus leaves from the Hospital de Bellvitge stop, very close to us, and connects directly with the campus (Canal Olímpic – Campus PMT stop) without any transfers, in about 25 minutes.
Is it a good option if I study at Barcelona Culinary Hub, OBS or ESDESIGN?
Yes. These schools, in the Planeta Formació building in L'Hospitalet, are just a few minutes by metro (L1) from the residence.
Do you offer accommodation for professionals, researchers or teachers?
Yes. In addition to students, we welcome healthcare professionals, researchers and teachers who need a temporary stay in Barcelona, with stays for days, weeks or months depending on availability.
Can groups be accommodated?
Yes. We accept group bookings, such as study trips, competitions or other group stays. Contact us to find out about availability and terms.
Are you well connected with Barcelona-El Prat Airport?
Yes. Barcelona-El Prat Airport is about a 10-minute drive and about 20 minutes by public transport from the residence.
Is there a catering service?
Yes. The residence's cafeteria offers breakfast, lunch and dinner services during the academic year.
